11. Changing The Stars

After Khonshu and Marc’s failed plea to the Ennead for help against Arthur Harrow, they had to ensure they reached Ammit’s tomb first. With the help of Hathor’s avatar, they found a sarcophagus that held some answers.

Marc, Steven, and Layla essentially found the constellation under which Ammit’s tomb was hidden, but this was based on what the sky looked like 2000 years ago rather than in the present day. In these situations, it helps to have the God of the Moon in your vicinity.

Khonshu remembered that very night, as he remembered every night, and with the help of Steven, he literally rewound the night sky to show what it looked like 2000 years ago.

Earth has been through a lot in the MCU in recent years, with a celestial cracking open the planet from the inside, the sky ripping open above them, alien invasions, and more. Seeing the sky rewind like something out of a cartoon is just the latest in a long line of downright bizarre things to happen in the MCU.
